Dance Society • Exton, PA

Meet the Society.

The people behind the music, movement and strength — each bringing a different background, style and reason to keep showing up.

Different styles. One community.

Dance. Strength. Community.

Dance Society was built around the idea that there should be more than one way to move. Some days you want to dance. Some days you want to lift. Some days you want both.

Our instructor team reflects that. You’ll find dance fitness, strength, specialty formats and programs designed for different ages, interests and fitness levels — all under one roof.

Class offerings and instructors can change by day, so use the live schedule for current times and availability.

The people behind the classes

Meet our instructors.

Experienced, welcoming and very different from one another — exactly how we like it.

Jen Crowley, owner and instructor at Dance Society
Owner + Instructor

Jen Crowley

Dance fitness • Community • Founder

Dance has been part of Jen’s life since she was four, when she began training in tap, jazz and ballet. More than 13 years ago, she became a Zumba® instructor and found the thing she loved most about teaching: bringing people together through movement.

Jen created Dance Society as a place where dance, strength, wellness and connection could live together — and where people of different ages and fitness levels could feel comfortable walking through the door. She is also licensed in Zumba Kids and continues to expand her training in group fitness and SHiNE Dance Fitness.

Outside the studio, Jen is married to her high-school sweetheart and is a mom of two boys.

Dance Fitness

Jorge Almeyda

Zumba® Instructor

Jorge has been teaching Zumba for 14 years and is known throughout the local fitness community for the energy and authenticity he brings to class. Originally from Lima, Peru, he grew up loving music, movement and the party dances that first made him want to learn choreography.

By day, Jorge works as a software engineer; teaching gives him the perfect counterbalance to time spent behind a desk. His goal is simple: make everyone feel welcome — from the front-row regular who knows every move to the person walking into Zumba for the first time.

She blends movement, culture and great music into classes where people can let go, build confidence and have fun. New to Dance Society?

Your first day is free.

We made it a Free Day instead of just one free class because many of our members love taking a dance fitness class and a strength class back-to-back — and we want you to experience it all.
